Midway Games Chicago

Audio Lead

• Unannounced Title

• Analyze audio requirements for title and spec out systems needed for in game execution. Work with Lead Designers, Creative Director and audio team to create a convincing sound experience while keeping all assets within memory budget. Created and implemented sound effects and dialog.

Responsible for designing enhancements to the UE3 sound system. New features included:

• Mixer System with DSP effects
• VO System enhancements
• Reverb System enhancements
• Key-off integration with loop function – similar to FMOD
• Coordinated with outsources concerning design, execution and implementation.
